1) Purpose

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the Istiqama mobile application (the “App”). By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

3) Access to the App

Access to the App requires a compatible device and, for certain features, an internet connection. Some features require an account (sign‑in via Apple or Google).

If you download the App through a store (App Store / Google Play), the store’s terms also apply.

4) Acceptable use

• Use the App in compliance with applicable laws.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, or divert the App’s operation.
• Do not bypass security measures.
• Do not access the App through automated systems without permission.
• Do not use the App to infringe the rights of others.

5) Account & security

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your access methods confidential and for actions performed from your account.

You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and keep it up to date when the App allows it.

6) Subscriptions

The App offers paid subscriptions to access premium features.

• Subscription terms (price, billing period, renewal, trial, cancellation) are displayed before purchase in the App Store or Google Play.
• Payments are processed by Apple or Google. Omar Tir does not receive or store your full payment card details.
• You can manage and cancel your subscription in your App Store / Google Play account settings.
• Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.

7) Intellectual property

The App, its design, content, and code are protected by intellectual property laws. Omar Tir grants you a personal, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to use the App for your own needs.

You are not allowed to copy, modify, distribute, decompile, or attempt to extract the App’s source code without prior written permission, except where permitted by law.

8) Availability

The App is provided “as is”. Temporary interruptions can occur for maintenance, updates, or incidents.

9) Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Omar Tir is not liable for indirect damages arising from your use of the App. You use the App at your own risk.

10) Suspension / termination

You can stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. Access to an account can be suspended if these Terms are violated.

11) Personal data

12) Changes

These Terms can be updated. The effective date is shown at the top of this page.

13) Governing law

These Terms are governed by French law.

In the event of a dispute, the competent courts are determined under ordinary rules.
